Unsere Kernthemen sind urheberrechtliche Rechtsgestaltung und Streitigkeiten (aussergerichtlich), Abmahnungen (inkl. Internet-Monitoring) sowie mediennahe Verwaltungsverfahren (u.a. UBI), verbunden mit Kompetenzen im Legal PR und, bei Bedarf, Lobbying auf kantonaler sowie Bundesebene.

Our 20% success fee applies only if we succeed; hourly billing is also available upon request.
Our core areas are copyright law advisory and disputes (out-of-court), cease-and-desist notices (including internet monitoring), and media-related administrative proceedings (including before the UBI). These are complemented by expertise in legal PR and, where necessary, lobbying at the cantonal and federal levels.
